I first became interested in the real estate market when shopping for my first home. As a first time home buyer there were so many things I didn't know and I wound up feeling stressed and taken advantage of. I want to ensure my clients enjoy their first home buying experience and walk away happy and without surprises.

With a growing family, house hunting became an obsession. To love it or list it was real life for me. I followed the market like a hawk trying to decide the most cost effective route to my dream home. This led to building! Working with a developer required open and frequent communication, which after years of teaching has become second nature. I want to make sure I understand my clients needs and wishes so that I can find them exactly what they're looking for while staying within the budget.

As a landlord, I've seen my fair share of success and disaster when it comes to investment properties.
